Positive: restaurants, pools Below expectations: ＞ Residence ski room far from the slopes (you have to walk, carrying you ski material). ＞ Odors in the room/ questionable cleaning, having asked throughout the stay to look into it, but without any action. ＞ Residence services are generally poor (ski passes taken care at the hotel, but as reception only opens at 9am, on the first day we had to wait to head to the slopes). All in all, the offer is not according to the expected luxury and respective pricing.

Excellent family location. Beautiful, well equipped apartment with a stunning view of the mountains. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Small issue with toilet which was fixed within the hour. My only slight complaint would be that for 2 bathrooms there was only one toilet and the lift servicing the whole residence was slightly slow. The hotel terrace was a lovely place to unwind after a day’s skiing and the pool was excellent and rarely busy. Ski in ski out did involve a walk upstairs through the hotel and the run was quite challenging for beginners but this is not the hotel’s fault and mostly due to the end of season conditions when we went. The hotel shuttle service was also brilliant Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend

Expérience parfaite et exceptionnelle ! Robin et Valentin ont été aux petits soins avec nous, répondant à chaque demande avec efficacité et gentillesse. Toute l'équipe, incluant Charle, Angélique et Tom, était incroyable, créant une atmosphère à la fois luxueuse et chaleureuse. Le service personnalisé et l'attention aux détails nous ont particulièrement marqués. Un grand merci à tous pour ce séjour mémorable, nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Great property, staff, shuttle service, pool and hot tub. Room had two bathrooms with a separate toilet (very European). The view was breathtaking. Very clean. Only negative was that there was only one hot tub and it was in the spa, which costs 35 euros to use. This is a must for after skiing! The hours could also be extended to say, 9 or 10 pm.

we spent a week of family ski holiday from the 17th until the 24th of March 2025. the experience we had was marvelous. Lorine at the desk received us with a huge smile and assisted us in every step until the last day, with all the rest of the team. The room were vast with magnificent view. James at the ski shop was so professional and helpful. we ate at the Diamant noir and L'atelier 2 excellent meals. to summarize - highly recommended, we will return
